I posted a comment 2 months ago, I had an answer as you can see in connection with the comment and to communicate directly with the lessor with the communication service of Immobilière 3f. This is what we did, the problem is that we had no response or return by email. I therefore ask you to give us an answer because it is already more than 1 and a half years that we had called for renovations with other tenant of 14 avenue de Franche Comté in Maurepas. We therefore formulated with all the other tenants and signed a petition in connection with our dissatisfaction (request for renovation). We hope for a favorable return to our request. HAVE A LITTLE MORE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So to begin with if there had been the note of 0 I would have put it because 1 and much that it is level guarding that customer service. A really bad landlord, he does not want to do renovations, does not listen to complaints from tenants, seeks only profits. We would have known that this agency was like that we would not have signed a lease on the first day. Not to mention the charges which are exorbitant but do not have the question, at least pay charges for a clean place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As much on the spot I could meet human, understanding and very invested people! As much on the phone I have come across several times extremely malicious personnel, who cut you off and even hangs up on you when you ask them to wait a minute (while you had to wait 15 for your call to be answered account). The telepersonnel is haphazardly lucky but unfortunately too many times deplorable service and I think these women would not allow themselves to speak like this if we were in front of it! Redo your recruitment as a consultant!
