We bought an apartment this year for sale at the main agency. We really appreciated our agent Ms. Pirman, both for her kindness and for her valuable advice in this purchase. We felt confident in the offer to purchase and the signing of the compromise. The only downside that I won't attribute to the agency is having recommended several notaries to us, one of whom (obviously the one we chose) not very friendly and with whom we encountered last minute difficulties which we would have done well without. We recommend this agency!

We accepted a purchase offer on 02/12/2020 for the sale of an apartment. The compromise was signed on 02/22/2020. The pandemic had a negative role in meeting deadlines, which we do not deny. On the other hand, the follow-up of the file was catastrophic. Buyers had problems with a broker and then turned to the LCL. It was a first purchase for buyers and I think precise follow-up or even assistance would have been very necessary. The Principal Agency took refuge behind demands from the bank, which was far from the truth. On May 30, we were finally told an edition of loan offers on June 4 or 5. In the end, these loan offers were not published until June 24 after several reminders with the main agency. It is not the role of the seller but of the Main agency to follow the file both on the seller's side and the buyer side. All these reasons explain our negative opinion on this agency.

Mr Dumouchel is very competent, his qualities of reactivity, listening, allow to have fast and very satisfactory results.
