A disappointing commercial approach. I was kindly made to understand that the project had to be fully supported by the company in order to follow up ... a pity that I was wasting my time and not respecting the commitment made to offer me something. I will remember this when acquiring my primary residence. I will go through professionals who will focus on something other than the amount of the estimate to be fetched.

We have entrusted Kokouna with the entire renovation of our house and we are very happy with the result Kokouna knew how to respect our choices, decipher our desires, while respecting our budget and all this without any delay which is unheard of in this area. The teams are reliable and the work is neat. We recommend Kokouna to anyone who has a renovation project and we will be happy to work with her for other projects.
