Update: after 9 months of waiting the technicians came and did not fix the problem. Request for a new sav since their visit 3 months ago. -------------- Society that has changed a lot. They did all the joinery and roller shutters 10 years ago, it was perfect. I had a roller shutter apron changed. It was fitted without a stopper and the technicians did not know how to adjust the shutter (Somfy motor), they wanted me to change the motor. Having found the procedure on the internet, I have called for 8 months so that someone can come and put the stops for me. I always have to be reminded that no one does. In addition to the installation they drilled the final blade, so I have 2 holes in this blade. Finally, charged 130 euros to change a door seal that comes off after a year. I will change this opinion if one day the sav does its job. I agree with the previous opinion, it has become catastrophic. M.martin
