E-Road is like LADA once all the parts are changed it will finally work.

Despite the change of the LCD screen and the checks you have carried out, I still have the same problem, the bike does not charge while pedaling, and on the climbs it does not help me and the assistance is poor by compared to my other city bike that I already own, on returning home I noticed that the manual speed button which was broken and initially on 7 speeds (7 numbers), it was changed by a 6 numbers, while the rear chainring on which the chain is placed has 7 levels .... I am really disappointed with this bike, you informed me that you are out of stock on this bike while you already have 1 show model at the entrance to the store, and 2 for sales at the back of the store. I tried to call you today when I got home at 4:00 PM and after I left your house to explain that I still have the same problem, assistance on a very low slope and loading while pedaling does not work, I left your house with 100% battery, arrived at my place and after 18km, battery at 85%, yet I went down 3 slopes with a speed of 35km / h and assistance 1, theoretically and according to the instructions for use the bike starts charging again by pedaling from 17km / h on assistant 1, so I noticed nothing and no recharging, even in assistance 2, I could not go down the mont blanc and take a 10km descent to see if the bike is charging. I have already had it for 1 month, and I have already traveled 700km with it and charging it every two days is not really the goal of cycling, while on the label on the battery it is marked charge the battery once a month. I would like to find someone who already owns this bike to share this experience with me, because on the internet no opinion is given on this bike.

After less than 300km of use, the part holding the right angle of my scooter broke. I found my nose on the tar. The Sav tells me that it is a wearing part and that it will therefore be at my expense. I have never used the scooter other than on cycle paths. Awaiting after-sales service, legal proceedings if there is no rapid and positive reaction. E-road ended up taking care of the repair at its own expense, the part was originally incorrectly positioned.
