I don't see any pleasant reception in it just politeness. They first communicate with colleagues to find out the reason for our visit, where is the interest? My parents came with me to go and redo their identity card so that the secretary finally told us at the very end that there was no reason for them to move, their card having gone from 10 to 15 years of validity and it is not as if we had not first inquired by telephone with this same town hall.
