Radiology Center and Medical Imaging of DRANCY

I had to do a panoramic x-ray of teeth. I had to do this between noon and 2 p.m. The appointment was respected (without delay or long wait), and the session lasted 10 minutes. The environment is clean and the staff are respectful. Thank you ! PS: on arrival, you must go to reception to present the vital card and pay for the service before going to the waiting room (so do not go there directly for fear of being called)

A horror ! For 2 hostesses, friendliness is clearly not at the rendezvous. I wanted to ask a question, here is the answer of the 1st "no no I am not answering the questions me, I have work" and all this without any mask from the beginning to the end of my visit. In this time of pandemic it is incredible. Waiting 1h15 for results, only pcq the 2nd had decided not to really listen to my question. I had other things to worry about. Do not go. RUN AWAY

Courage to all the staff who work in this center. They do an amazing job and have mad patience. People no longer have any respect and can't even read a ticket and a screen when they're glued to their phones all day. Instead of getting excited about the staff at this center, take the time to read the green strip at the bottom of the 2 screens. The people who come before you don't necessarily come for the same thing and may come before you. Just because you have health problems doesn't mean you have the right to attack people for nothing. I absolutely had to add a review on this establishment where I went 3 times for a scanner, a consultation result and a PCR test. During my 1st visit, I had some apprehension after reading the various negative majority boards, but the appointment was made by my attending physician, so I ventured there ... What was my surprise to see a very good organization of admissions for the management of appointments, what was my surprise to observe people at the reception despite a reduced staff that day, to try to answer the better for people a little "lost" by the different reception technologies, the surprise of their warm and professional welcome despite an incessant active queue, giving them little respite! I congratulate him and admire them! As for the nursing staff with whom I had contact, no complaints about their professionalism. Congratulations to this medical center which properly welcomes its public, I put the 5 stars even if the work to improve the reception can be somewhat disturbing. I recommend this center
