Not being a rage by nature and generally not putting a note, I want to justify this one. Following the suspension of my license I had to terminate my contract with Direct Assurance to take out a new one with Ass . They made me sign three different contracts during the first three months (the first was not suitable for my situation, the second was only for a period of three months), without forgetting of course to invoice me for administrative fees of around 150 to 200 euros each time! And without warning before, of course, it's easier when you put people in front of a fait accompli. I then had the right to pay monthly payments of around 90 euros per month, which I gladly accepted given my responsibility for the suspension of the license. I was then assured that the prices would decrease significantly and automatically after two years, the result not only did they not decrease but increased after two years, I informed my contact to the agency which told me said that to benefit from new more advantageous rates (and bcp less advantageous than with another insurance, SOS Malus not to mention it) I had to sign a new contract with new handling fees! Lack of information, excessive and unjustified handling fees, dishonesty with regard to the rates charged, this is how to sum up my experience with Ass  and again I must be among the privileged, having been able to benefit from the help of a contact of mine within the agency which facilitated the procedures and limited the breakage level costs of files, it is quite simply scandalous, even if I imagine unfortunately that they are not the only ones to behave like that
