Good morning all, Insurance does not understand that money does not fall from the sky! Very bad insurance, I would not recommend you because of no professionalism and poor customer service. I am I subscribed to MaXance, I pay my contract 50 € / month. Recently I had an incident. the expert puts my vehicle in a garage without warning me after 7 days I realize that it is up to me to pay the garage owner. The insurance for not repairing my scooter puts the fault on the opposing party's insurance except that the other insurance does not respond. I don't speak French very well so Maxance takes advantage of the situation to get rid of it. It really is a SCAM, I have never seen this in my life.
