Like every year in December, I go to Nicolas for a gift idea and a good bottle to enjoy with the family, very good advice received and quality dialogue with the staff of the shop.
After purchasing € 500 worth of merchandise, I am charged without warning for a € 0.20 bag. Nicolas is inadmissible. Customer service is not up to par. I wanted to make local shops work. I will go to supermarkets and I will pay less!
