Serious company and good advice for our co-ownership. To recommend.

well i would like to join the two (very) negative opinions above. Indeed for 10 days, I raise them, the person promises to remind me at a fixed time, nothing, I raise, she promises in the half hour, nothing. I had the manager on the phone and told her about this lack of professionalism, she answered me with a casualness and a condescension which leaves me speechless: but madam, we will try (sic) to call you back but if you consider that you are not satisfied, we understand that you are going to someone else. I understood at that moment that they would not call me back. The quote doesn't have to be high enough, so they drop the customer. I have NEVER seen a company treat its customers like this.

When I read the last review I first thought that it is always the most disappointed comment but after contacting them, they are just amazing !!! Incredibly detestable! It's crazy to be so unfriendly with people who bring you work, honestly run away and if they read this advice, change jobs!
