Perfect across the board: from the secretariat, to taking measurements, establishing the estimate and installing, the work is impeccable. An amazing store (not big but a grandiloquent service: for example, I had ordered on their site, with a special request ... I had an answer immediately ... and it was 10pm!). I had previously asked for a quote, the answer was the next day. Cut of impeccable glass and time respected.
Being pretty stingy, I had long compared and if I tell you that it is the cheapest (on the internet, Ile de France), you can believe me!
Note: glassmakers unfortunately apply “mini-packages” (for example: 0.35m2 for 30 €). But what is absurd, if you want several "small" pieces, they multiply the mini-package by as much.
A specific example: for a glass at 70 € / m2, if you request a plate of 1x1m = 1m2, it will cost you 70 €.
But if you want 100 pieces of 10x10cm (which will also make 1m2 in total), you will pay 100x30 € = 3000 €! It's crazy !
So re-precision: if your glass reaches or exceeds the “mini-package” (0.35m2), this is (by far) the cheapest I have found!
Impeccable customer service! we needed to change the glass of a framed mirror about 135 cm by 32. After receiving the glass (it takes a period of 24 hours because cutting is not bvd mortar) we could change it on site with the space offered by the showroom. Cost of the operation? 27 €!

I needed 2 small mirrors to put them on sliding cabinet doors. I got them back this morning at the showroom. Order tracking and very nice welcome from Allison.
