Please note that the quote is free but the company forgot to say during the appointment that it charges 121 euros for the trip !!! My mother was forced to pay she felt cheated in addition for our request for a prohibitive price service in addition we do not recommend reminding the professional to an advisory duty: indicate during the appointment that the estimate is free but that you charge the displacement (+35 euros because you put a ladder !!)
