Sorry I do not like being critical but it is necessary. It's a disaster at any level .. I do not advise. I think this property needs a lot of refreshment or even destruction .. Sorry ..

Sad premises in need of renovation. Shared toilets and kitchen not always clean. .. not always calm on certain floors. .. people who live there are not respectful of community life (speak loudly in the common areas late at night, smell of food all day, wc not cleaned, and so on.) No dining room in a group ... it's really out of necessity to live here!
