RESIDENCE PARME TILLEULS

Very dirty and rundown residence. Lady at the front desk was super rude when I was receiving my room and told me she would close the window and not give me my room if I didn't comply with her. The common kitcen is always dirty and smells awful and the tenants are loud. Do not recommend at all. Rent is 450€ per month which is too high for a place with such poor facilities.

The common areas are not clean at all. Bad smells. Waste thrown by residents that is never picked up. Microwave rarely cleaned as shown in the photo. No pq on Sunday ... Too bad we can't put 0/5. But hey we get used to it. Good luck....
