Room was very good, neat and clean. There is an Indian restaurant and a McDonald's nearby. The hotel also serves breakfast but it gets over soon. Little far from the main center of Paris but public transportation is available.

asked for a pillow they said they dont have any? how can a reputable hotel not have a spare pillow for their guests appalling customer service overall

The breakfast was a disaster. Everything was empty and when I made a comment just a few things where added. There were a lot of people for breakfast and a lot just left with just a yogurt and a coffee. And on top of all the scrambled eggs and bacon were heated in the microwave. Really gross. Please change your policy about breakfast or otherwise we will never stay with a B&B hotel or recommend it to someone
