Made a visit, promised every day to send a quote for the next day, curious method of not sending a quote electronically, then radio silence, no longer deigns to respond to my numerous reminders. Made me waste a week for nothing with water infiltration on the roof. Knew it was for an emergency so not friendly and even less professional. Avoid if you need prompt intervention or even a minimum of courtesy.
