The ladies at the reception were super nice and patient with me. It was my 1st tax return.

Open at 8.45 am, I call at 9 am, I am told "please call during opening hours" ... Already that you are not open often but then there ... and in addition we hang up at nose because they have yet another computer crash

My interlocutor at the reception was unfriendly. Don't want to give me a blank paper return (are we in a tax office?). I tell him I don't have a printer. She emailed me the statement ... and I never received it. Come on ciao.
