A great welcome in this agency! I was very well informed and helped.

Expensive services and some unavailable while paying for them. Staff not always competent. Lost mails, forgotten requests. Too bad, because before their move I had never had any concerns and my bank advisor was very competent.

If there was a zero score, I will put it. Situation: delivery of the check. The counselor who fills in all the fields on the slip for me because she is already dressed and hurries to leave. Result: several errors in my name and money collected from a bad person. After several calls to customer service (the same consultant who left me her business card never answered my calls), I receive my money after a month. No welcome, lack of attention and respect for customers. Agency or we don't want to go.
