I moved from Paris to Massy only to find it was exceptionally closed Monday afternoon. They didn't bother to update the timetables on Google upstream so people don't waste their time traveling for nothing. They haven't solved my problem. They didn't know what to do with my case. They sent me to the checkout and the cashier sent me back to them. They asked me to send an email by courier. In addition, it is impossible to reach them by phone. We pay our taxes, we deserve better service.
