A neighborhood salon where beauticians are friendly and take care of their clients, which is increasingly rare! The service is quality with a net result and well done! Hair removal is always pleasant there! I recommend !!

Pleasantly received. Hair removal at the top, welcoming, clean. I recommend. But really a pity that there is no air conditioning. It was hotter than outside. For such weather it's a shame for them. And for us. I was sweating more inside 🤔

Never again !!! They charge prices that are not displayed anywhere. Laying disgusting varnish even a child exceeds less. And I'm not even talking about the reception.

Second passage yesterday and last. This lack of professionalism I have never seen it. Situation: I enter the institute at 5:50 p.m., institute empty, a beautician is doing her own nails, I kindly ask if it would be possible to make a semi-permanent "removal" (i.e. it does not take more than 30 minutes when it's done well, I've already had some in 20 minutes) in short, the lady (Luciene) at the reception tells me "No worries" she tells me the price and her colleague next to her who says " but it's too late "??? Sorry? To my knowledge, the institute closes at 6.30 p.m. (it's written on the door) ... We already feel that I'm disturbing her ... I say to myself, well, in any case, she's not going to make the removal. Then in the distance I hear another colleague who says "yes no but it's too late ...." Fortunately the lady insisted that it was for a drop off !!!!! It's not as if they were overwhelmed there was no one ... They were just lazy and wanted to close at 6.30pm sharp. Frankly, customer relations are not your strong point.
