I have been there twice now, whether it is waxing or massage, the welcome is good and the services are done with seriousness and gentleness for a more than fair price. I only discovered the possibility of being a subscriber for a few days, the info is a little hard to find on the site. A disaster. I used to go there to relax. Went out annoyed. A drop that could not have been given to me supposedly never seen that. I came out with a half-filed feet. It is I who is being called for an arrest. The person got annoyed about his file, telling me that he was screwed. In short. I asked suddenly, seeing that there was a lot of normal polish left on my hands. The varnish once applied was nice but it never dried out 😤😩. Too thick coat and no drying coat at the end. As a result, I removed it in rags the same evening. Good very bad experienced and frankly this is the first time this has happened to me. For info my semi permanent was removed yesterday without concern.

Come for a semi-permanent nail polish on hands (25 €) and feet (28 €), pose supposed to last 2 to 3 weeks. 3 days later some nails started to peel off. For the price it is unacceptable, as much to do a classic nail polish at home, it lasts longer. Sent an email to warn of the situation, with no response from the institute.

Following a treatment that disappointed me a little, I thank the head of the institute for having done the necessary with professionalism and courtesy. I would like to point out that I am usually very happy with the services provided.
