In this crisis it is difficult for everyone and for all traders and service providers to carry out their activity, it is understandable. But all the same certainly Frank Provost now offers to book an appointment on his site for each brand. That of Massy was poorly organized, the influx of people was too numerous, which makes the health protocol difficult to respect. Book appointments is precisely to limit the influx but it was not the case, the service was quite correct the problem was rather in the organization and the accompanying persons (people being with clients). I think that the number of people accompanying customers should be limited in order to better regulate the influx of people. But I put the note of 3 * because it is special conditions and they must be made there, and especially I did not see any negative repercussions on the service which is essential.

I make an appointment and the service I want is not listed. I show up more than 2 hours before in order to prevent. Not possible Another day not possible !!!! I work in retail and my availability is limited. We do our utmost to satisfy customers and especially to generate numbers. Apparently you don't need it. Great disappointment because in addition the reception was very feverish!

Very nice salon, the hairdressers are professional and accommodating, both in technique and in cutting / styling and listening. Always a pleasure to come (especially now that we can make an appointment 😁) I recommend!

Lounge where it is pleasant to go in particular for the good atmosphere and the technicality of the team. I would have appreciated being informed on my arrival of the additional 2 € applied to the invoice due to Covid19. Otherwise perfect as usual.

Too bad confo is closing all these stores soon ... I really like this sign. The staff are very friendly
