I come to have my hair cut with the clipper, a very simple cut, foolproof. The hairdresser asks me if she can use the scissors, I tell her no, she uses them anyway. She gives me a gradient so I didn't ask her that. Since she used the scissors, the cut is not good, there is a bump, I ask her to rectify, once, twice, three times, four times, each time she tells me that everything is perfect, and she gets hysterical. I have 16/10 in each eye so I can see that it is poorly done. And all because she used scissors instead of the mower. Imagine a waiter who brings you a Perrier instead of a Coke because he prefers Perrier, you will have an idea of ​​Fabio Salsa. In short, after the 4th time, I gave up, and I left, telling myself that the next time I would go to the hairdresser in my neighborhood, it could not be worse. And to think that I had been disappointed the first time and that I had come back anyway ...

We made an appointment for our son on 11/28/2020 at 1 p.m. in the Fabio Salsa lounge of the Cora Massy gallery. As soon as the hairdresser saw a stroller arriving, we felt annoyance from her. She explains that our son, a 21 month old BABY, must wear a mask! We express to him our astonishment considering the fact that the law obliges the wearing of the mask for the children (not the babies) from 6 years. The hairdresser brings us a mask all the same and we try to put it on our baby who, of course, refuses to be put on and rips it off. So I explain to the hairdresser that wearing a mask for our baby is not possible, but she replies that they have received an instruction from their management, namely the wearing of a mask for everyone. I therefore replied that I take into account the instructions received but that: 1 / their living room is not above the law (21 months is not 6 years !!!) so the mask is 21 months old. just delusional !!! and 2 / that a baby does not know how to breathe with a mask and that it is not unwillingness to have tried, it is just physiological! One of the hairdressers therefore calls a manager who confirms to her by phone that wearing a mask is compulsory from 6 years old (that's what I was trying to explain to them ...) but instead of apologizing for this inconvenience. they pretend to make us believe that they are doing us a favor! In short, we went beyond and tried to install our son in their seat who obviously did not want to sit down given the hostility of the hairdresser with whom we had an appointment. No smile from this hairdresser, just animosity towards a 21 month old baby who has nothing to do with it if she is not able to differentiate a baby from a child! I used to have my hair cut with this dressing table. Result of the races: my child and I will now go to the competitor in the same gallery ...
