I needed to have a wheel repaired after I had an argument with a construction screw. I went to this garage a few minutes before closing time and they accepted to take charge of my request. I was able to pick up my wheel the next day and they were kind enough to swap the wheels for me and check the pressure. I only had to pay 32 € for the repair and I am very happy with the service! In addition the mechanics were very nice! If I have a tire problem again, I would know where to go!

We had the brake pads changed before we left on vacation in July to "be quiet". Quickly, a friction noise that did not exist before the pad change was heard. We had to go see a mechanic who said the pads were incorrectly mounted ... we had to pay again. On our return, we returned to Speedy Palaiseau, the manager never wanted to admit that the pads had been incorrectly fitted and refused to call the mechanic who had fitted the pads to us during our vacation. And obviously he refused to reimburse us for the additional bill ...

Having made an appointment online, I presented myself for the service of my car. The person at the front desk barely looked up, and didn't greet me. Besides this lack of politeness, the person told me that they did not have a part necessary for the revision, so that it could not take place. No text messages to warn me, no apologies from Speedy. This garage is to be avoided!
