I have not been to the Town Hall, which I am sure has a friendly staff. I simply used the parking lot, which is a disaster with its too narrow spaces. Either you can't park, or you definitely have your vehicle hit by the neighbor, or you can't get out of your car. I don't know who the designer is, but I think there are measures to review!
