I discovered holotropic breathing during a workshop led by Naël My intention was to let go and listen to myself a little more. I was both very curious to discover my inner self and at the same time worried about this "me" that I was going to meet. This experience was fabulous because it allowed me to find lightness and well-being despite more difficult passages. I realized I didn't have to be afraid anymore. I would like to thank the group which was supportive, benevolent and which brought a plus to this experience. I also thank Naël for his welcome, his presence and his professionalism.
