I had a leak on one of the radiators. The usual plumber being on vacation I called on this company. I tested their responsiveness. Indeed some time after my call and the approval of the entry ticket 2 technicians came to me quickly. They quickly diagnosed the failure and gave me a replacement quote for the part for € 317. Expensive for what it is and then they left leaving me with the leak. In fact, they could have stopped the leak quickly by locking out the radiator with a key stroke. But for me the leak still continues to flow during the night. The next morning, 2 other technicians came and after 1 hour they told me that the work was done. They tell me that they replaced the drain with a plug because the drain was useless. I told them that I am not familiar with it but that the installation was done by an experienced plumber. I pay and let them go. They leave but I see that the famous cork is leaking a little. I call them back and they remake the thread for me. This time it doesn't leak anymore. After thinking about it, 2 days later, I understood why there was a drain because it is the lowest radiator in the house. I called them back, they told me they would contact me again. I'm still waiting... To conclude, I am disappointed by their intervention.

Appointment booking by email in November. We want to bring our house up to electrical standards. We have therefore made several quotes by the artisans of 91. The Roubaix company established the most interesting estimate for us. The work was scheduled for the following week. Deadlines and commitments respected. We recommend Roubaix establishments
