We contacted this company which was offered to us by our real estate agency, and the telephone reception was catastrophic. Type could not be more disagreeable from the beginning, who allowed himself to sigh with an annoyed air, and to bellow at us because it is true that to make 10 mins by car to intervene in an apartment, it is really the end of the world. Especially that in addition, when you invoice a service 300 euros for a job that would have required 5 minutes of intervention, the least thing to do to pass the pill is to be a minimum of courtesy. We preferred to give our money to a company with people endowed with a minimum of savoir vivre and who know how to be professional. I am amazed at such a welcome.
