Novotel Massy Palaiseau

Ok.. worth for money u pay. Wc was separate from main washroom. Bed was v big and v comfortable with bundle of pillows. There was no bin in the room just 1 bin which was in toilet only. Toiletries were not available just a small soap. Mirror placement was not convenient at all. Breakfast was plenty and good. Overall good. I'd definitely recommend.

Good hotel in the south of Paris. Perfect if you visit the university de Paris-sud

Terrible terrible terrible... 1, There's only ONE tiny elevator 2, Hotel staff can't even find laundry bag 3, Though I have pre-paid, they couldn't find my payment then I had to pay at check-out. 4, They charged breakfast which I didn't have at all (resulting overcharged) 5, Refund is messy. They don't just refund my 2nd payment but the first payment..that caused a mess 6, Dropped off laundry service for laundry company to pick up. When I came back to hotel in the evening, my cloths were still there in their back office. They didn't do any thing and They lied to me..

The hotel had ample parking and it was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was simple and good.. and rooms had more than enough space

Nice hotel that offers what you pay for. The area however is missing possibilities and charm.
