Stayed at Cogedim Massey for 6 plus months for business. The location, near the train station, next to Carrefour, with a dozen or more restaurants in the area is very convenient. the apartment was clean, new and comfortable. Since I am not fluent in French, the staff was very understanding, friendly, and helpful and took care of all my requests. Highly recommended.

Excellent place, extremely helpful and friendly staff members! Very close to the Gare and grocery store. I am extremely grateful to Rabbi, Celine, and Mr. Mairet for all their help. Definitely recommend this place.

Very very satisfied (manager, management, staff, location, etc.) I am completing my comment which dated from December 2017 when our mother arrived at the Residence du Cèdre. December 2020 - After 3 years, at 96, she has just left for a retirement home, due to her loss of autonomy. During these 3 years, she needed assistance to accompany her to do her shopping, for cleaning and laundry; for this we had therefore employed 2 home helpers for a total of ten hours per week. As for the residence itself: on a daily basis, the attention, the welcome, the listening, the availability of the Management and all the staff were "TOP". Clear and fast (and friendly!) Communication between management and family. Lots of humanity and understanding. Very good management of the "Covid" period by Cogedim. No garden, of course, but all the same tree alleys not very far for the walk. Our mom had an apartment overlooking the square (direct view of the cedar) and with a fairly large balcony that we flowered. Very pleasant. The RER B and RER C stations close by for people who want to travel (to Paris for example) Possibility to rent a parking space with the apartment. Convenient. The common areas are modern and pleasant. The apartments are well designed. Quite frankly, this type of residence, and this one in particular, is very suitable for people who still have a certain autonomy and who do not need a medical structure (type retirement home / nursing home) but only '' a SAFE ENVIRONMENT (with remote assistance, catering, snacks, activities). We cannot thank Flora, Céline enough, then François Mairet and Rabii for their professionalism, their kindness and their availability that our mother also appreciated so much. Satisfied with the restaurant (and when necessary, they grind me certain foods, which are nevertheless well presented). I feel good here. The Carrefour Market is right next door, as well as 2 pharmacies and a doctor's office; it is convenient." I would add that the reception, from the start, was excellent; very attentive and caring staff. The first days (in Dec. 2017) the remote assistance was not installed but our mother had a mobile phone with emergency button if necessary. The apartments are very well soundproofed, well designed. Activities (games, films, concerts, relaxation therapy, etc.) are offered on site. A modern cinema is a 2-minute walk away; lively neighborhood. There is the possibility of renting a parking lot, which is comfortable to alleviate any parking difficulties in the area. Our mom feels really good there. We hired a person 10 hours per week (for cleaning, accompaniment in shopping, various help); the formula is perfect.

My mom has been living in this residence since December 2019. It is very well located near transport, shops, pharmacy etc ... The director and his team are very pleasant, warm and attentive. The apartments are well appointed and bright. During the confinement period, they took the necessary precautions giving a conclusive result. well done
