1- Furniture is almost nonexistent for € 47 per month, or € 564. 2- In the event of a malfunction, you have no one to answer you. You call them Fac habitat, they'll yell at you (maybe to console you). 3- Gym is closed, on their site they put a room in this residence (while it is closed). The quality of your service leaves something to be desired.

I lived in an apartment located in this residence "for students and young workers under 30" between November 2013 and June 2019. In 6 years much has changed. If I had to remember the positives, I would say the prices that are reasonable for the neighborhood, its location (5min walk from the new City Center, 10min walk from the station), the sports facilities available and the new guardian that seems to me + available and + rigorous in its function. Indeed, all the tenants are not necessarily respectful and it was necessary to bring change ... Things to improve are the increase in the number of furniture for rent, the number of washing machines for the residence (2 are not enough), better isolate the apartments (because the corridors are outdoors), better heating maintenance ( very big cold in winter 2017-2018 and 2018-2019) and improve car parking lighting.

I lived a few months in a T2 of this residence. It was really too little furnished for the surface of the apartment (40m²). But at least the apartment is brand new and in good condition except for the front door below which the rainwater infiltrates. I had water several times until the middle of the apartment. There is a gym and laundry facilities. The neighborhood is calm and wooded. 10 minutes from the RER station. The big negative point is the contact with some people from the Ile de France administration who are not very understanding and yell at us on the phone. I had much more pleasant exchanges with the administration of the Aix-en-Provence head office, which can also provide answers on administrative questions. For all questions related to the residence itself, you can contact the manager on site who is adorable and takes the time to explain things.

We should review the design of the bathroom. Flood provided in anticipation with this concept of "not" retaining water that falls to the ground. What a catastrophe !! I would not be reassured when my child will have to go in and out of there.
