Awesome staff, clean Rooms, Amazing hospitality, happy faces everywhere i.e to Sum up Aparthotel Adagio Massy gare TGV. I would recommend this to everyone who is looking for a pleasant stay in Paris. You guys Rose, Amardine, Leo, Julie & Hicham are simply awesome. I have stayed here for more than 4 months and every day of my stay has been pleasant thanks to you all. The staff is the most helpful that i have come across. The staff will always greet you with a smile and get all your queries resolved. May be that is there job but to do that consistently is what makes you different. The regular get together parties that is hosted for the Guests, daily evening refreshments simply makes you different from other Aparthotel. I will surely miss these moments and recommend this to other people. Nevertheless À bientôt, Au revoir

A Home, away from Home. . Yes, you read it right. I have been here for 4 months now and its time to move out soon (something I do not like, but have to). The staff of this hotel is ammmmazing..... It's a group of great people (Hicham, Julie, Rose, Amendine and Leo) who always wear smile on their face and one of them is always waiting at the reception to offer help. Best part is they feel happy to help even for the topics which may not be part of their job. The whole stay here has been wonderful starting with a warm welcome (including personalized greeting card) and supported by many get togethers which were arranged from time to time. In addition to the tasty recipies, it also provided a great chance to learn about French culture and traditions. Coming to the apartment, it's a nice place equipped with almost all items (including fully equipped kitchen) that a visitor would need. Space was average for me considering that I stayed with family of 3. Wifi strength in my room kept going Up and down in this period, but was very good at reception and in other apartments. Location of this hotel is great. Has train station, restaurants, supermarket and park in close proximity. Overall it is a great place to stay. Thank you so much Team Adagio. I will miss you all.

The place is located very conveniently, close to the station, shops and restaurants. Very clean, fantastic friendly helpful personnel. Underground parking at charge. Highly recommend for short and especially long stay. I spent there two weeks and was very delighted with everything.

This is the only place I love to stay. Perfect arrangement from booking till when you show up. Lovely room with kitchenette and cooking utensils as well. Ask for Rose, she speaks three languages and will make your stay very comfortable and don't miss her parties as well....there's ways something new at each party if you're staying longer. Close to the metro station so movement to any part of Paris is just easy

Responding to the manager. Thank you for your interesting in getting information and improving the service. I will explain my complains: First of all, the hotel web site said that there was air conditioning (climatisation). But there wasn't air conditioning in the rooms and it was very hot that time. The solution was to open the windows. Too bad. To much noise and durst from the train station. The cleaning room service was terrible also. I asked at least for a ventilator and I was not attended, even with a reservation for 5 weeks. Conclusion: I had to cancel my reservation and change the hotel. But even so, the localization is good, with very good options of restaurants near. The breakfast is very good, the lobby is nice. The rooms are nice (beside this cleaning problem).
