I go there right after my operation, being the dope of anesthesia, which the lady sees well, I let her do without checking. This morning I try the compression stockings, box that was already open. One of the stockings is cracked, I go back for an exchange, the lady refuses saying that it is not their problem, suddenly oblige to return to make an order etc. angry, she used my condition to pass a defective product. Such a shame.
