As he works on a fixed price basis and not as a percentage, the real value of your property does not interest him. Mr Mesguich listens to his customers and knows how to keep the right distance. Unlike many real estate agents, it does not give you the feeling of being the "bread winner" of the month. Same with potential buyers that I saw coming relaxed. Result: a quick sale at the right price. I recommend!
