I visited a house with this agency. The person who carried out the visit was clearly unprofessional. He clearly did not care whether to sell or not, answered questions very briefly, did not seem to know the good he was presenting, did not have a presentation sheet (this was the first time I had come home empty-handed from a visit) and did not have me sign a visit voucher. I will add to that arrogance and a haughty air as in the other comments.
