I am disappointed with the quality of service from Sergic Palaiseau. For me, a trustee's role, among other things, is to maintain and ensure the proper functioning of a building, to ensure its administrative and financial management and to execute the decisions taken at a general meeting. And to this day, Sergic Palaiseau does not hold these functions.

Very responsive, professional and involved. They did everything to resolve my problem of water damage with my neighbor. Everything has been put in place to get to the end of my worry. I highly recommend Sergic for all the qualities I have stated. Thank you for everything.

Unfortunately on three passages in the premises during opening hours twice no one was present and I had to go home having made the way for nothing! Same for the phone the message just says that the telephone reception is closed today when the mobile numbers displayed on the glass in an emergency when called they fall on a message that tells us to call another number or that the mailbox is full and we can not leave messages !! For the time when I could find them in the offices during opening hours, I made a request and I never had a return on this one !! Very disappointed !
