Zero pointed. Liars at the edges, we call for days to know the progress of a file to learn that it has never been transmitted to the owner. Each time a digital file is sent, one of the agents sends us a new supporting document. in short bad faith ... and little tendency on the part of one of the agents to criticize the only people who do their work in this agency. Disappointment !
