Agency is very good and handled very professional manner. From day one till the inventory, my case was handled by Manon DA COSTA. Despite, I'm very poor with communication, she helped me every way she could and made me to understand about the processes and apartment. Unfortunately, before handling over the key, the covid confinement happened but still she managed both the owner and me in professional way and kept the apartment for me till the locked down end and even further days for my convenient. Never faced any meeting cancellations or delay, all time, on time :) she didn't stop with handing over the apartment, helped with other things with externals such as insurance, electricity, internet. I strongly suggest to deal with this agency and relax, rest they will take care :)

Crooks from A to Z Do not trust Foncia in Massy or elsewhere. I advise you to look at the opinions on the internet between legal recourse and victims' associations there is no shortage of opinions (except on their own site where obviously the ratings are excellent). For my part the list is long: - Payment of their insurance when the contract stipulated that I renounced it - Water damage no contact for several weeks to resolve the problem - State of fixtures: . Housing deemed flawless -> exorbitant billing of cleaning hours (also beware of Constatimmo, their company in charge of the inventory) . Missing key that I return strangely never received ... -> change of lock & key also exorbitant billing In addition, all these amounts do not in any way correspond to the document provided in the inventory.
