In addition, the cashier is rude, does not even say hello before heading to her colleague because his cash register is closed. However, other stores of the same brand are much better. From now on I will go elsewhere

An always unpleasant team a pretentious manager / director who really takes you high and who does not hesitate to criticize the customers who pass in front of you. The store is always a mess, they never want to help or give advice despite several requests from me I was told "I don't know how to search"

A store manager who forgets to take off the anti-theft shoes, (180 € ..) who does not say hello when we say hello, who does not apologize when we have to travel an hour to repair his incompetence , and who does not even offer a small commercial gesture, in short the price of the kick to the key for this bad merchant !! 😡

I do not agree with this previous customer I am a former customer of this brand the manager is very helpful. And his team is united. She talks kindly to her team never have I seen disrespect on her part. I have often seen him sweeping the broom herself. Always a kind word to its customers. I do not understand why this wickedness towards people who work instead of thanking them tidy and clean store. Thank you to the entire villebon team.
