Simply incompetent, service slow and miserable, more they are not listening to us, I call for a card unlock 2 times in the week, the day I receive my money, can not use my card, I I was stuck on a parking lot impossible to go to my appointment, the assistance is not even worth it, a service simply useless! They could not do anything, of course! I remember this morning to unlock my card, not before this afternoon? !! No but seriously apart brewed our money tried at least to do a good job! Ridiculous and miserable, that's what defines the savings bank !! :)
