I went there last year to collect a few parcels, oh my god, given the kindness and the aggressiveness of the good woman I said to myself never again !!! A week ago my mother-in-law sent us a parcel, no luck, at home, again ... I'm going there smiling, armed with all my identity documents just in case! I come back say hello, nothing ... I wait because she served a customer of her convenience store and there she throws me, an ID !!!! Okkkk .... It was not just an impression, it is really bad, Mondial Relay tells me that my package arrived the day before in the morning and she told me that it has nothing to do with that name. Or maybe be at the depot! But visibly unrecoverable at the moment! Fortunately there was nothing urgent ..... If it swells her to be a package relay she stops !!!
