Coming to the base for a simple cut, there hairdresser who gives me the price at the very beginning which tells me 34 euros there cut without brushing I said OK it's all good we start there cut she makes me think about my colors of current hair while I did not come for a color there hairdresser untangles my hair she finishes there cut is in the end at the cash desk I am told that I have to pay 42 euros instead of 34 euros at the base, I say because she put a dab of detangling on my hair is I was not informed of this so it changes the price like that I am very angry (I do not recommend for lack of clarity, precision and professionalism) I would not come back to avoid it. In addition I asked for a plunging square I come out of the living room with a gradient side shorter than the other is far from what I asked.

I took my children for the party hairstyle and today I was very disappointed and had to take another appointment at another hairdressing salon to be better styled 51 € anyway for the three

I discovered this institute that suited the whole family as much for the hairdressing as for the esthetic care. I received a good gift for a massage but I was surprised at the validity of 3 months only; Obviously time passes quickly and I exceeded 3 months of a month, the boss did not want to know. No commercial gesture, no consideration despite our loyalty. Damage to the salon because I will not advise more and especially a pity for me who could not enjoy the care. While the date was outdated but the good was paid. I advise against the lack of understanding of management. Nowadays I think that fidelity is important especially in the trade.

Very disappointed .... again a new hairdresser .... very nice but does not do what I want ...... a little fed up seeing an always new staff ..... from in from year to when the stability in the staff !!!!! Madam manager, you have to think about it ...... your customers are talking to you !!!!!! Me it's good I change the living room ...... everything is beautiful everyone is nice but a mix of staff too important for me Good luck to you hoping for stability for everyone
