Following the death of a close family member and having to agree that I and my loved ones can see the accommodation, to help us grieve; the boss of the MAP agency was obnoxious and allowed himself to say horrible things by bringing his judgment to it, apparently he is a gentleman I know everything, it is true that to tell family stories without Being part of it gives you all the rights, especially at a time like this !! In any case what we can remember is that it is by no means a professional agency, that obviously the secretary should not say anything in front of this hateful boss.
