I have been a client for many years and always a pleasure to visit this institute. I find the beauticians pleasant and very professional, I have a good time every time (face care / nails / waxing ...) the institute offers many brands that i love. I am also delighted that the institute is now open on Mondays. I come there very often and I have never been disappointed, I recommend this place with my eyes closed. In short, I am a loyal customer and for nothing in the world I will change.

Forgive me only for the star, because the team stays on top, but for canceling a date I felt completely assaulted by someone on the phone, it was intimidating. So I didn't find it necessary to call back ... I am quite understanding given the current situation (covid), but this is not a valid reason to "attack" me and even less with unprofessional language, I quote: "confined to death" I'm not questioning the skills of the team, everyone works well. Indeed I canceled appointments since I was a client for personal reasons, I was then fired from the institute, I am disappointed, this is a first ... We should perhaps not give a possibility to customers to cancel an appointment on the site? Again I don't question the team's work at all, they all work well. It is a pity but it does not matter, I will find other institutes as you find other clients. Good continuation.

Very disappointed with my last meeting. I wanted to make a baby boomer, it was a badly made French, bad finish. What Lannion lacks is a nail salon, it is more professional. I have been going to nail salons since the 90s I know what I'm talking about. I stopped by to see you not really apologizing or gesturing. Pay 100 € and be unhappy not terrible. To tell me that your employee is starting or why not check her presentation. It is certain that I have spoken about it well around me and you have lost a client.
