Despite the shampoo done well, my curtain bangs ended up asymmetric (though I wanted symmetry) plus a much shorter cut than I requested. A manager who goes in the direction of her hairdresser when the mistake was there is unacceptable. We couldn't catch that much anyway so a commercial gesture should have been considered. I am disappointed, however, being a regular customer. cordially

It is always a pleasure to come to this salon. The team is at the top, always a kind word, it's a team of professionals. I have never been disappointed with a Saint Algue Lannion cut, always a success. I highly recommend.

Having made an appointment on the eve of the reconfinement, I regret it. A crazy world ... As a result, the young woman who took charge of me didn't give me two words and literally missed my cut! After asking for a chin-height bob I found myself with short hair in front and long behind and with an appointment that only lasted 30 minutes ... Quick drying by hand and I even had to insist on that she take the trouble to straighten my hair in order to finish the cut better. When leaving I was not satisfied but I leave anyway .. Then I go back because I cannot go home like that ... There, the young woman tells me that she is going to make up for it because she admits to having missed ! In the end, she shortened my haircut again (a horror) I dare not say anything ... She catches up the square a little but it is neither done nor to be done ... I let it go, I go home ... Now I have to take my pain patiently until it grows back but unfortunately I can't even tie them to leave my house ... Never been so angry!

I came because I had read the reviews, I made an appointment online and finally I took the wrong salon I had made an appointment in the same brand but in Lamballe and despite that I was taken (thank you) I've been going from hairdressers to hairdressers for 5 years and still unsatisfied in short, I love it !!! The color, the modern cut I finally found my hairdresser and of course I recommend !!!
