Office supplies shop. Quite a lot of choice. Not too expensive. Does have good offers sometimes. Staff are fairly helpful.

Usually satisfied with their service I have followed their advice on purchasing compatible cartridges. I was suspicious and should have listened to me because after 3 changes the printer was no longer printing correctly despite cleaning the heads several times and realigning! So I bought a new printer and both the Darty salespeople and the IT specialists that I contacted for the installation of the printer (and my change of PC), confirmed to me that it was a significant risk of malfunctions when you buy this type of cartridges! So for me the advice was not good and being a regular customer of this brand I really had the feeling of having been fooled! Really disappointed !

I change my rating I had a bad experience in printing (green colors and texts that work on them) But the owner offered me a full refund so I would come back for my future reports And take care to check the document before leaving the store All the staff are really polite and often nice thank you so much

I will never come back to this shop when I have been going there for years: lower quality products (a multifunction bought new… with a scanner that does not work!) And a cashier who thinks she is funny making fun of you and you taking it high when you dare to ask a question. And from the comments, I see that I'm not the first! Too bad, because the other sellers are friendly.
