Very professional, friendly team, attentive to its customers, attentive. Angelique who takes care of me with all her talent and also Gwenaelle and her lovely team. Really I highly recommend this salon which is also very pleasant, airy and nicely aesthetic. 🤗👍

clean warm modern living room. My hairdresser since September 2020 hairdresser I am a professional but I quit 4 years ago for health problems and others. I asked Justine for an American gradient, telling her the hoofs and my desires, we had a good conversation while having my hair cut and it turned out tomorrow, even my American gradient is not as good we judge us hairdresser with regrowth and even limit I could wait 1 month more but it is my pleasure now and I like to transmit my know-how of former hairdressers. To conclude, tuned top cut does exactly what we ask for and I appreciated learning a technique that will be used with the sculptor, I have not tried the other hairdressers because justine and top voila when it is good to encourage and say. My hair salon, which is also 5 minutes from my home. Many salons should follow the z'en hairdressing team as an example and in addition have not increased their prices as a strong point.

Hello I made an appointment in your living room for a children's haircut. When I asked for the rates, the person I had on the phone and to whom I said that the child was 6 years old told me 17 €. No shampoo, a 3 cm cut on the tips and drying. When paying, I was asked 24 €! I do not question the performance of the hairdresser, but the lack of commercial sense of the manager. Since the rate was different from that advertised when booking, you could have made amends and taken responsibility by acknowledging the error. But no ... no gesture on your part ... Too bad! The bad faith of your answer leaves me speechless! What interest would I have in concealing the age of my little girl when I come to the living room for her? Nice pirouette to blame the client instead of assuming his responsibilities !!! Good continuation !

Change of hairdresser following a move ... always a little stressful ;-)! Laura perfectly heard and applied ALL (there were many!) Of the information I gave her about my expectations. I came out really satisfied with his professionalism, thank you! Most: I asked for a care during the shampoo: lavished with massages (it happens that it is just posed then you remain 10 minutes the neck in bulk on a support not very comfortable with a hot towel on the head), the whole in a massage chair ... top!

This is the best salon I have attended, excellent hairdressers my husband has a hair difficult to style (very thick) and he is extremely satisfied .. really zen atmosphere spacious living room and well decorated .. we never been disappointed. Real pros!
