Then the doctor received me in the waiting room, mask on my chin ... then prescribed me painkillers without even looking or auscultating my nose (I still had my mask on). He just told me to make an appointment with the ORL, that it wasn't urgent. Fortunately, I went to another hospital to find that my nose is indeed broken and that I need an emergency operation !!
