We stayed there for two weeks, good location, but on a very noisy street, with drunk people nonstop every night and screaming.
The staff are nice and helpful (but the cleaning ladies ringing the bell early in the morning until you wake up just to know if you want more towels is nice but good ....)
Few kitchen necessities, a small leak under the hot water tank and an inaccessible balcony since it is not maintained. They also do not provide enough toilet paper and garbage bag (1 by 1, you always have to ask for more)
